Summary/Responsibilities – New Homes Sales Agent

• Desire to work independently and have control over your professional growth
• Comfortable meeting new people and networking to develop a client base
• Entrepreneurial mind set and a high degree of self-discipline
• Strong work ethic and desire to be successful
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly detail oriented
• Professional and personable demeanor
• Must have good computer skills, including the ability to use CRM database software
• Must be comfortable selling homes virtually
• Must be comfortable selling homes in-person and working closely with a team of other New Home Sales Agents. Must be a supportive team player
• Willingness to move your real estate license, if needed
• Must have own transportation to drive to multiple locations each week as needed

This is a Commission only position. Compensation is paid from both individual and pooled sales. Work schedule is Monday through Saturday with one weekday off. Saturdays are required. Sundays are off.

Benefit Details: PTO is based upon years of full time employment (first year accrual is 9 days - 3 hours per accrued per pay period); Holiday - 8 paid holidays; 401K - employee contribution only

Job Type: Full-time

Anticipated Commission Range: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
